After getting “Failed” marking result on my first attempt of LFCS exam (https://www.kmsj13.com/linux/how-i-failed-my-lfcs-exam/) , and having 2 weeks left to schedule for 2nd attempt, i took a small break and continue daily review. My final attempt for LFCS Exam was held last April 17, 2021 11:45pm, and was very nervous again during that time.
I was ready for all the challenges of the LFCS Exam for the second time around. Most of the task from my 1st attempt appeared on the 2nd attempt. I was very confident that I accomplished 80% of the task.
I finished the exam 10 minutes before the timer ends. that was a tiring 120 minutes in total.
No google, no search engine, only “man” command will save you.
Same as the previous attempt, result appeared after 24 hours. Congratulatory email was sent to me by April 18, 2021 11:52pm, which i read by April 19, 2021.
At the same time my digital badge where also sent to me thru credly:
The certification has an expiry of 3 Years, on or before the expiration date, I must take the higher certification: LFCE Exam or retake LFCS Exam to retain the LFCS Status (Same with other certification)
